REFUND POLICY

 

Sancuro having its head office at Sancuro Infotech Private Limited Office no. 1 Lokmanya House, 44 Lokmanya Colony, Sr No 89/90 CTS no. 950, Near Vanaz Factory, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra, India 411038 is an exclusive enterprise working in the remote tech support domain. We provide niche expertise in system and network configuration and maintenance for IT-enabled establishments. Through refined security protocols, pay-per-service model and end-to-end array of services, we serve diverse industries and reputed clients.

The moment, any of the services provided by us are availed by the customer, it is assumed that the customer has accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions enlisted in the Refund Policy. Therefore, the customer is advised to read and understand this refund policy for information and conditions that we have put pertaining to the payments and refunds before using the services provided by our company.


General Policy

  1. When a customer buys our services, his/her purchase is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
  2. We serve only expert services and have satisfied customers because the quality of our services is second to none.
  3. To request a refund, the customer should simply contact us with the valid service details allotted to the customer by us within ninety (90) days of requesting or applying to avail our services.
  4. Please include your service / application number and provide us with authentic and solid proof and proper reason why you’re requesting a refund – customer feedback is of utmost importance to us as it is used as an input to constantly improve our quality and standard of the services provided by our company.
  5. Refunds are not being provided for services in full.
  6. In case the customer does not provide the pre-requisites requested and necessary for the purchased service within 30 days of the date of purchase and initiates a refund request, Only 75% of amount shall be refunded. 
  7. In case the customer does not provide the pre-requisites requested and necessary for the purchased service within 60 days of the date of purchase and initiates a refund request, Only 50% of the amount shall be refunded.
  8. In case the customer does not provide the pre-requisites requested and necessary for the purchased service within 90 days of the date of purchase and initiates a refund request, No amount shall be refunded.

 

Request for refund is accept for below reason only

  1. No service delivered. In case of failure to deliver promised services from our end. 
  2. No service delivered in due date. In case of failure to deliver promised services from our end on the said due date.
  3. If the customer is no longer in need of the said services. (Customer can claim refund only, if he/she notifies through email before delivery of solution that it does not have means anymore).
  4. Refund shall not be proceeded without valid and authentic proof and reason, an e-mail with valid and proper proof and reason must be sent by the customers complaining of bad services.
  5. Partial refund request shall be proceeded if some necessary requirements have been missed out by us. (The missed out requirements shall be fixed or fulfilled by our management team by reviewing the customer’s original problems).


Request for refund can’t accepted for below reason

  1. Refund shall not be considered if the original requirements mentioned at the time of purchased are changed by the customer for any reason.
  2. An email informally requesting for refund shall not be considered. The customer should have a valid and proper proof that the purchase does not meet your requirements. The customer shall be asked for documents for proof.
  3. Refund shall not be considered after full service delivery. If you have an issue in purchase then you can ask for revision or review.
  4. In follow-up of revision and review and long communication through email support, refund shall not be considered. It states that the customer has agreed with the purchase and the customer has opted for follow-up for some revision or review as our expert gives the customer time and support for providing the customer’s best needs.
  5. Refund request shall not be proceeded unless refund issues have been duly communicated. (No refund will be allowed if the customer do not state the reason behind it. Once the customer confirms the order for the products, having delivery time more than 2 days, the customer can not cancel the order after 2 hours’ time).
  6. There is no cancellation/refund of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  7. We do not consider any individual grading system. We believe in customer’s satisfaction and quality working as per client’s requirements. The refund request only be proceeding if you state problems in working solution provided by our expert. We shall revert as soon as possible.
